Class Schedule

We have a combination of CrossFit Classes and Open Gym times available for members.  All members must complete our intro program before jumping into our group classes so we can maintain a safe and productive atmosphere for all!  Schedule a free "No Sweat Intro" to learn more about what we do and to map out a plan to change your life!

Monday-Friday - 4:30am, 9:00am, 5:00pm, 6:00pm*
Saturday - 8:00am

*Our 6:00pm Session on Fridays is an Open Gym

Open Gym Times
Monday-Friday - 10:00am-1:00pm, 7:00pm-8:00pm (M-Th)
Saturday - 9:00am
Sunday - 12:00pm-2:00pm

Open gym at CFH is a perfect time to work on skills or to make up missed strength work.  We also offer an open gym membership for our athletes who follow their own programming.  Contact us for details.
