CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to enhance fitness from a comprehensive viewpoint. You’ll improve strength, endurance, power, speed, agility, stamina, balance, coordination, flexibility, and accuracy in workouts, called “WODs”, that vary not only in length but intensity. Whether you’re a grandparent who wants to improve their health to play with your grandchildren or a firefighter who needs an intense fitness program to improve your CPAT score, we’re here to help! CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of age and ability level.. we can start you off slow and will change the way you look at fitness.

The main attraction to CrossFit Hanover has always been it’s “family like” atmosphere. Something about doing a WOD (Workout Of the Day) “in the trenches” with your fell fitness family creates a level of mutual respect and admiration that simply cannot be achieved in a normal fitness facility. You’re alongside like-minded individuals who are all looking to improve their health. Our members hang out on weekends together, do endurance events together, and support one another when motivation levels are low. CrossFit is a lifestyle, not just a fitness program. It will draw you in and keep you captivated when other programs get lost in the background.

CROSSFIT GENERAL MEMBERSHIP

We can’t wait for you to become part of the CFH Community. Remember, in order to sign up for general membership, you must have either completed our Foundations Intro Program or passed a Skill Test-In. Our Foundations Intro Program consists of [a minimum of] 5 sessions*, generally completed in one-on-one setting. Each session costs $40, so the program starts at $200.  

Our normal CrossFit memberships are simple; upon completion of our foundations intro program, our monthly memberships are $129/month. We debit accounts automatically using a checking account or credit card, and we bill our members on the first of each month. If you join mid-month, we pro-rate your membership for the month you join. Once you become a member, you’re billed monthly and we don’t have contracts. Should you wish to end your membership at CFH, you simply need to provide written notice 5 business days prior to the 1st of the month billing. No hassle, no termination fees.  If you have two or more CrossFitters in the same household, make sure you take advantage of CFH’s family discounts! We’ll be happy to outline these discounts during our initial consultation!

*If we feel that you'd benefit from additional training, we'll recommend that you continue with personal training before joining our group classes full-time.  We also offer hybrid memberships which allow you to hone in on your skills by doing some one-on-one work coupled with a few group classes per week.
