Our CrossFit Kids program was put in place originally to provide our member’s kids a place to learn about fitness and to have fun while mom or dad worked out in the evenings. Over time, however, it’s evolved into something much greater than we anticipated. CrossFit Kids Hanover is a program that will teach kids of almost all ages (4-14) how to move, jump, land, squat, press, throw, and play effectively. It will, by nature, improve performance capability for young athletes as they learn to move athletically and effectively. Our kids, over time, learn that fitness is FUN and that it should be included regularly as we grow older.
Monthly Membership Plans
We offer membership to the gym on a month-to-month basis with no termination fee or contract.
