Getting started at CrossFit Hanover is "No Sweat," we promise!

Think CrossFit might be a perfect fit for you?  Interested in taking the plunge?  The first step is to reach out to us to schedule a "No Sweat" Intro so we can talk about your needs, goals, and concerns.

If, after we've had a chance to learn more about your and your specific goals, we've determined that you'll benefit from one of CFH's programs, we'll take the next step to get the ball rolling.  Normally, that next step includes our Foundations program.  In certain cases, we'll bypass foundations to get you started in one of our other programs.
