Shape Up Hanover
CFH’s Weight Loss Program, appropriately named Shape Up Hanover, has been helping clients of all shapes and sizes improve their lifestyles since 2010. Sheron Smith, founder and weight loss coach, provides instruction, coaching, and tough love after surviving a weight loss journey of her own. Previously over 300 pounds, Sheron lost more than 150 pounds through diligent exercise and focused diet. She did it the hard way. It took time. But it worked. No magic bullets here, just hard work, proper instruction, lifestyle change, camaraderie, and results. Shape Up Hanover members are like a family – they support one another and keep each other motivated when times get tough! Our Shape Up Classes are offered most days of the week – we’ve got morning and evening times, as well as a 2 hour class every Saturday to kick start your weekend.
