Warm-up (No Measure)

3min cardio followed by 3 rounds of the following:

5 Reps Ground to OH

5 Burpees

2min Mobility

Increase load with each set – ideally your 2nd and 3rd warmup set should be as heavy or heavier than the weight you’ll use for 20.1.

Daily WOD

Crossfit Games Open 20.1 (Ages 16-54) (Time)

10 rounds for time of:

8 ground-to-overheads, 95 lb/65lb

10 bar-facing burpees

Time cap: 15 minutes
